Celebration of Life

On a snowy Sunday in April, grieving families gathered at Highland Forest Park to break bread and celebrate the life of their child that passed away as the result of childhood cancer.

In a beautifully orchestrated ceremony, the list of names of the children who were lost this past year were read and each family present had the opportunity to say their child’s name. Meaningful poems and songs were read. The group shared a meal together which offered special time for community with those who truly get it.

We are so very thankful for the continued, generous support of our benefactors. You helped make this day possible with your selfless giving, offering a place for families to lean on each other and find space for hope and healing. We are so very thankful to you. Your impact reaches far beyond what words can express.
