During the event, participants rode for 1 hour in honor of children and families who have been touched by a diagnosis of pediatric cancer and other blood disorders. We are thankful to Michelle Romano, Renee Gabriel and Diane Sorbello who volunteered their time to lead the spinning classes in the beautiful Elevate Fitness facility in Dewitt. We are grateful to Elevate as well for donating the use of the space.
After their spin, participants were treated to smoothie samples from the Sweat Bar & Bistro as well as generously donated bagels and coffee from our friends at Panera Bread. Alan Byer Volvo and Barrett Industries were our major sponsors for the event. We asked them if they would partner with us to help children fighting childhood cancer, and they said: “Yes!”
