Megan Palestro (she/her) is thrilled to join Paige’s Childhood Cancer Fund as a Development Assistant. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Communications, with concentrations in Digital Marketing and Creative Arts, from Siena University in 2024 and is currently pursuing her master’s degree at Marist University.

Megan began her professional career in higher education where she gained valuable experience in communications and marketing.  For the past four years, she has dedicated time to national volunteer strategy work for a national nonprofit organization rooted in cancer advocacy and fundraising, where she consistently excelled in leadership roles. She is excited to continue that work within her professional career.
